Build Platform

Form Studio 1 Build Platform features a durable aluminum surface. A spare Build Platform speeds
up your workflow and enables nonstop printing, whether you’re changing resins or starting a new
print while you remove your finished parts. Choose Form Studio 1 Build Platform Flex to quickly
and easily remove parts from the print surface without tools, in seconds.

Wash + Cure

Washing mode:
All resin 3D printed parts need washing to remove residual resin. Form Studio Wash+Cure
agitates IPA or alternative solvents around parts for thorough, efficient cleaning. When washing
is done, simply raise the internal basket out of the solvent to let parts air dry and avoid
over-soaking, warped prints.

Curing mode:
Using 405 nm light, Form Studio Wash+Cure completes the chemical reaction started during
printing. Post-curing boosts part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance,
while leaving a harder, less tacky surface.Form Studio Wash+Cure is compatible with IPA,
TPM, and Resin Washing Solution.

Resin Tank

Form Studio 1 Resin Tank is a strong, flexible tank built for fast print speeds and fine feature resolution. Every tank includes a reusable lid, making it easy to stack tanks and store resin
outside the machine. With a separate tank for each resin color or type, switching materials
is as easy as sliding in a new tank.

This tank is optimized for chemical compatibility with Alpha Resins, Flexible 80A Resin V2,
and True Cast Resin. It is not compatible with Tough 1500 Resin or materials needing to
utilize Open Material Mode. For those materials, use the Form Studio 1 Resin Tank Pro.

Every Form Studio 1 package ships with a tank and a build platform, but the choice of
add-on tank matters, especially for customers who want to run third-party materials.
